Please allow 24 to 48 hours processing time. Shipping will occur after credit card authorization and verification.

Nearly Fatal uses the United States Postal Service. Your shipping options are: Express Mail (once shipped, products should arrive the following day depending on customer's address), Priority Mail (once shipped, products should arrive within 2-3 days depending on customer's address), and Parcel Post (once shipped, products should arrive within 5 to 7 days depending on customer's address). If your package weighs 13 ounces or less, we can ship via First Class mail (once shipped, products should arrive within 5 to 7 days depending on customer’s address).

Although we arrange for shipping of our products purchased through this site, we are not liable for delays in shipping. Shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We do no ship or bill orders internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items purchased from this site within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. Please indicate on your invoice the reason for the return or exchange and include the invoice with your item(s). Upon receipt, we will make the necessary changes/corrections and will reship your order via parcel post or provide a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase date. If we sent you the wrong item, or if the item is defective, we will refund your shipping price upon our receipt of the item. Otherwise, you, the customer, is responsible for shipping charges, including the reshipping fee.

Cancellations

We may cancel any accepted order before shipment without liability, including, without limitation, if your credit card is not approved or if there are any other payment-related problems.
